With a career spanning more than four decades, Russ Hallisey brings an unmatched depth of experience to every real estate transaction. A licensed real estate attorney since 1978 and a Realtor since 2016, Russ offers clients a rare combination of legal expertise and hands-on market knowledge—ensuring a seamless, well-informed buying or selling experience.
A proud graduate of Boston College (Class of 1974) and the New England School of Law in Boston (Class of 1977), Russ has called Medfield home since 1987. His commitment to the community runs deep, with decades of leadership across local organizations, nonprofits, and civic boards.
Russ has served on the Medfield Board of Appeals on Zoning (2000–2014) and is a longstanding member of MEMO (Medfield Employers & Merchants Organization), where he has held roles as past president, chair of Discover Medfield Day (2004–present), and chair of the Summer Concert Series (2000–present).
His community service extends to the Medfield Lions Club (since 1998, past King Lion), the District 33K Lions Eyemobile (past president), Lowell Mason House (past president), and Empower LGA (formerly Enable, Inc.), where he served on the board for over 20 years.
