A Defining Year for The Walsh Team at William Raveis Real Estate
Real estate has a way of constantly evolving. Markets shift, technology changes, and the way people buy and sell homes continues to move forward. One thing I’ve always believed is that you either adapt and push forward… or you get left behind.
This past year was a big one for me both personally and professionally. It was a year that began with a few unexpected changes, which in many ways made the end result even more meaningful.
Being named Top 10 in Massachusetts by William Raveis Real Estate is something I’m incredibly grateful for. It’s a milestone I’m proud of, but it’s also a reminder of how many people play a role in building something like this.
Real estate is always evolving. You either adapt and push forward… or you get left behind.
What makes that recognition even more meaningful is that it builds on a long track record for The Walsh Team. Over the years, our team has consistently been ranked among the Top 10 in sales volume within the company.
Along the way we’ve also been honored with several industry recognitions, including being named among the Best Agents in America in 2023, ranking Top 10 company-wide in 2025, and being included in Boston Magazine’s Best of Boston Real Estate Agents since the award was first introduced.
Those milestones are something I’m proud of, but they’re really a reflection of the relationships and trust built over many years working with buyers and sellers across MetroWest and the Boston suburbs.
One of the things I’m most excited about right now is where The Walsh Team is headed. Welcoming Caitlin Brady to the team has been a great addition. It’s always energizing to work alongside people who share the same vision and bring new energy and perspective to what we’re building.
At the same time, I’m incredibly thankful for the people who continue to play important roles behind the scenes. Russ Hallisey and Matt Hayward have both been instrumental in helping us continue to grow and evolve as a team.
And one of the most important parts of all of this is the foundation that was built long before I ever entered the business. My parents have been part of this industry for many years, and the role they continue to play — both professionally and personally — means more than I can put into words.
But more than anything else, the biggest thank you goes to the clients who continue to trust us with one of the most important decisions of their lives. Buying or selling a home is never just a transaction — it’s a major life moment — and that trust is something I never take for granted.
There’s a lot of momentum right now, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building together.
And in many ways… it feels like we’re just getting started.
